Brand and content

NerdWear branding, original written copy, original graphics, product artwork, and original site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Mathematical equations, scientific facts, standard notation, historical facts, and other public-domain subject matter remain what they are; our claim is to our original expression, branding, artwork, product treatment, and written presentation where applicable.

Educational material

Expression pages are written to be informative and intellectually responsible, but they are general-interest explanations, not academic publications, engineering specifications, financial advice, or professional guidance. Technical material can evolve, and errors can occur. We welcome thoughtful corrections.

External services and links

The site links to third-party services including our Shopify store, X, Brevo, and Google reCAPTCHA. NerdWear does not control those third-party services and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Purchases

Merchandise purchases are made through shop.nerdwear.net, not through NerdWear.net. Current pricing, availability, payment, shipping, returns, and other transaction terms are governed by the policies shown at the Shopify store.

Product previews

Images and descriptions on “What's Next” and other preview areas may show products under development. Future products, colors, specifications, availability, and release timing may change or may not be released.

No warranty on site availability

We may change, correct, remove, reorganize, or temporarily interrupt content on NerdWear.net without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will remain unchanged.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with site operation, misuse forms, automate abusive submissions, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use NerdWear content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership.
