Privacy Policy

NerdWear.net is primarily an informational and brand website. We try to collect as little personal information here as practical.

Email subscriptions

If you choose to join NerdWear Alerts, the signup form is provided through Brevo. The email address and related subscription information you submit are sent to and processed by Brevo so we can maintain the mailing list and send requested communications. You can unsubscribe using the link included in those emails.

reCAPTCHA

The Brevo signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Loading or using reCAPTCHA may cause information to be processed by Google under Google's own privacy terms and policies.

Shopping

NerdWear.net links to our separate Shopify storefront at shop.nerdwear.net. Purchases, checkout information, payment processing, order records, shipping information, returns, and store-specific customer data are handled through that storefront and the services supporting it. The Shopify store maintains the policies applicable to purchases.

Social media

Links to @NerdWearUSA on X take you to a third-party platform. Your activity there is governed by that platform's terms and privacy practices.

Server and technical logs

NerdWear.net is hosted using GitHub Pages and may also use infrastructure providers involved in domain delivery and security. Those providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and requested files as part of operating their services. NerdWear does not currently load a separate first-party analytics script on these pages. If that changes, this policy should be updated.

Cookies

NerdWear.net does not intentionally set first-party advertising cookies. Third-party components such as Brevo and Google reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their services.

Children

NerdWear.net is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.

Changes

If the site begins using additional analytics, contact-form, advertising, or other data-processing services, this policy should be updated to reflect that use.
